We offer a 5-day free trial license to help you evaluate our plugin before making a purchase. We encourage you to use the trial period to ensure the plugin meets your requirements.
Paid Licenses
After purchasing a license, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@1ntmodel.com. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue when requesting a refund.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any refund request at our sole discretion. Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Purchases made after the trial license has been used and verified as working
- Incompatibility with Revit versions not officially supported or tested by us
- Failure to read product documentation or system requirements
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
